Six Week Serene

Our 6-Week Serene Wedding Package is designed for couples/individuals who relish the creative process of planning their wedding/event but want to hand over the final details and coordination to professionals as the big day approaches. This package is perfect for those who want to source their own suppliers and crafted a vision for their celebration, but wish to elevate their experience by entrusting the final six weeks and on-the-day management to us.
Starting four to six weeks before your wedding, we step in to take over the mundane administrative tasks, coordinating with your chosen vendors, finalising timelines, and addressing any last-minute details. This ensures that nothing is overlooked, allowing you to focus on the excitement of your upcoming celebration without the stress of managing logistics.
On your wedding or event day, our team will be on-site to oversee the setup, manage your suppliers, and ensure every aspect of your plan unfolds seamlessly. With our expert coordination, you can relax and fully immerse yourself in the joy of the day, knowing that we have everything under control and people, details and décor will be exactly where you envisioned them!

Initial Consultation: A consultation call at the time of booking our services to secure your wedding/event date and schedule your six-week follow-up call. We'll also review key focus areas and essential tasks you’ll need to complete between booking us and your big day, empowering you to start your planning journey.
MIDDLE
Over to You: Develop your overall theme and vision for the day. Research, negotiate, and book your preferred suppliers.

Six-Week Call: We start working together again with a consultation call around 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding/event to review all plans and arrangements, ensuring everything is in place. We’ll discuss final details and understand your vision for the day and introduce you to your on-day coordinator.
Supplier Coordination: Liaise with all booked vendors to confirm details, delivery times, and setup requirements.
Logistics Management: Address any logistical requirements, such as guest and supplier arrival times and setup.
Guest Management: Review your guest list to ensure RSVPs are collated, dietary specifications are logged, and the seating chart is finalised according to Ashridge’s operational team requirements.
Legal Management: Obtain necessary legal documents from vendors as required by Ashridge, including PAT testing certificates and public liability insurance (PLI).
Timeline Finalisation: Create or refine the wedding/event day timeline, coordinating all activities from start to finish.
Venue Walkthrough: Discuss how you would like to use the venue for each element of the day, including layout and setup.

Timeline Creation: Establishing an overview timeline for the planning process and the wedding day/event itself.
Stationery Management: Bespoke designing and management of all printed and digital materials pre, on the day, and post-wedding/event, including a wedding/event website if desired.
